Assemble key to motor shaft and stake
the front and back side of keyway [photo] |

Coat the shaft with anti seize compound.
Insert the motor shaft into the reducer input shaft

Rotate the motor to proper position
and firmly secure to flange with four hex-head cap screws. |

Join motor
to reducer making sure that there is 1/32" clearance
between jaw surfaces. [photo] |

Tighten setscrews
securely |

Position motor,
rotate motor to proper position and firmly secure to
