Replace entire output assembly |

Place output gear assembly into
a pressing fixture and remove the worm gear from the
shaft |

With the gear key assembled in the
shaft key seat, press the new gear on to the shaft
to the dimensions shown.

Install the shaft spacer and grease
cups |

Press the bearings cones onto the
shaft making sure the assembly is tight. (no space
between items) |

Re-measure from the end of the shaft
to the face of the gear as shown [fig
1 page 15]. Readjust, if necessary, by pressing
on the bearing cone until desired dimension is achieved. |

Where grease cups are used, pack
with Mobilux EP #2 all purpose grease, or equivalent. |
